  • 1.  AWS SES with IBM OpenPages on AWS EC2 Instance

    Hello Team. I have installed IBM OpenPages v8.2.0.4 IF2 on AWS EC2 Instance and have taken the AWS Simple Email Service(SES) credentials for SMTP host. I have provided the same in the Registry Settings in the application. But whenever the application is trying to send the automated emails, I am getting an error in the aurora logs below:
    ERROR
    Email configuration is not valid. Unable to send notifications for the workflow resource : 46009
    Reason : Could not convert socket to TLS
    [Default Executor-thread-336](WFNotificationUtil.java:52)

    Has anyone got this error before?
