    Hello!

    As the title says: My company uses SOAR to send security alerts to its clients. I wanna know if there's a way to create an alert template and automatically fill it with user-inputted artifacts. It would streamline our SLA times a lot.

    What do you mean by alert? Are you talking about an incident?
