"Autocomplete Text Input" Control in IE8 - combobo

    Hi all,

    we have an application running on webMethods 7.1.3.

    OS is Windows 7 and we are using IE8 browser.
    For an “Autocomplete Text Input” control, the combobox is not displayed properly.
    CSS style properties are automatically calculated by CAF and values for “top” and “left” properties are causing the translation of the combobox up and left.

    The problem reproduces also for the “Date Input” control.

    Please see the print screens attached (combo_of_autcomplete.jpg, combo_date_input.jpg).

    In Firefox, the components are correctly displayed.

    Could you please provide a solution?

    It would be best if you file an Incident Report. Then we can deliver an Official Fix that solves this.
