I purchased the SPSS Statistics student license but I do not have access to the IBM License key center ( in ordert to get my authorization code). A month ago I had created an account , but currently I can't log in. Note: already try " forgot password" (to reset) but I don't get any email.

The Graduate Pack is available to students from many different sources and each of these sources maintains its own license management.  Thus the answer to licensing issues for Graduate Pack will be to engage with your vendor -- https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/473051
