Ladies and Gentlemen,

due to a defect, a client PC had to be replaced. Now is an offline activation of SPSS Statistics (19 ; Part No. D0FMALL+D0G22LL) is no longer possible.

The automatic answer is "We were unable to create your IBM SPSS license string due to the following error:

Your request included an authorization code ending with ***** that has no remaining installations.”

However, according to the acquisition documents, the license is still valid until 12-30-2031.

Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) such that we can immediately process your request.
