    I want to use Wm Java APIs to find whether a user who is trying to connect to IS is valid IS user or not?

    Why do you need to do this? Please provide some context for your question so that someone might be able to answer.

    Search Advantage for “pluggable authentication” module. This is a framework of APIs that can be used to build your own authentication module. However, this is an advanced topic and not something that I have ever found a need to do in any of my projects.
