We have made the decision to switch from ATUM 2.0 to ATUM 3.0 for IT Resource Towers only starting in Jan 2020.  Does anyone have any recommendations or tips on making the change?  We feel there might be something we might forget to change which will impact our numbers

Hi @Eric Dombach - We just finished doing this actually, but it was from v1 to v3. One of the things we needed to utilize was the IT Sub-Tower Element to help us separate our costs appropriately. So for example, we didn't want to just have Compute - Servers. We wanted Compute - Servers - Windows. The granularity helps us with our reporting and organization. The other thing I would recommend is taking snaps on what the allocations look like currently before changing them. It helped having them to look at while working.
