    In FileNet BPM you can configure an attachment object for a document or a folder. Which is the equivalent or best practice for this in BAW?

    When you create a BAW workflow application, you can expose CoachViews realated to content management to the user interface (the coach page). You'll have to add the "Content Management" Toolkit to your workflow application so that you can use these CoachViews and you should configure the workflow application to either work with "locally managed" documents/folders or to be able to use references in an externally managed ECM system. You'll find these settings on the "Folders" tab at the top level (process application) view in the Web Process Designer.
    "Locally managed" documents (and folders) will be created in the "BPM Document Store" which is a dedicated FileNet CM object store that exists for every BAW deployment. The default name for this object store is "DOCS" and it contains a default document class called "IBM BPM document".

    To use locally managed documents, you add the CoachViews named "BPM..." (for example BPM file list) from the "content managment" section in Web Process Designer to your Coach page and configure it accordingly.

    If you want to use another object store in your FileNet P8 domain, you can expose it as an "ECM Server" at the level of the workflow application and use the CoachViews named "ECM..." instead (e.g. ECM file list) and configure them accordingly.

    Hi @Michael Kirchner I am working on an integration between IBM Content Manager and BAW (running on top of FileNet). Basically Customer's documents are stored in IBM Content Manager System and there is a BAW Case Management Application running, in the Work Details Page they would like to view document stored in Content Manager System. Could you suggest if widgets of Content Management Toolkit can handle this ? or any other to implement this ?
