I am reaching out for your assistance with accessing a former IBM Equate Plus account. Last year, I opened an ESPP account in my capacity as an IBM employee; however, after leaving the company, I'm encountering difficulties logging into the Equate Plus system.
I no longer have access to my corporate email which was registered with Equate Plus, and I am unable to recover access due to its deactivation. The alternate email I used (is not linked with the account.
Do any of you have experience dealing with similar situations or can point me towards the correct procedures and personnel to resolve this issue? Your support and guidance would be invaluable in helping me navigate this challenge.
