Unfortunately, we don't perform any system reviews and health-checks. I suggest to engage IBM professional services instead. If BP encounter some ILMT issue he should either post a problem on this forum or open a ticket to support.
Typically, customer should install ILMT and check ILMT dashboard afterwards to see the system health:
