I have a customer who is running the Innovator-C edition:
IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 14.10.FC9W1IE -- On-Line -- Up 00:20:31 -- 8388608 Kbytes
Running on Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS Server

The engine had been running without a glitch for over a month when they had to reboot everything due to power failure this morning.
After running normally for about 40 minutes it crashed:

I suspect the Assert Failed: semop: errno = 22 is the root cause for this. 
All SHMEM and SEM paramaters are OK.

Does anyone know what might cause this? Apparently 22 is "invalid argument"
