    Hi All
    I Have installed Faspex with a remote node .when I send a new package, the connect plugin is not responding and status of my package is "upload never started". Please help me in finding the solution.

    Hello Hemanth,
    I guess that you first need to fix the IBM Aspera Connect extension within your browser. You may want to check the Connect browser extension is properly working in your setup by diagnosing at https://test-connect.asperasoft.com/ If this step shows an issue, then please go to https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/aspera-connect/3.10  to follow the setup procedure to solve the problem.
    Otherwise, please collect logs and contact Aspera support using the IBM Aspera Support Guide: https://www.ibm.com/support/home/pages/support-guide/?product=3712142
