    Hi, I'm struggling with Aspera connect when trying to upload a file.
     
    I run the diagnosis and everything looks good but when trying to upload a file from out webside (that has an integration with Aspera connect) I'm getting the following errors.
     
    Can you help me to understand how to fix it?

    Hi Monica,

    Can you confirm which web app you are using to start the transfer ?

    Faspex ? v4 ? v5 ? Shares ? Aspera on cloud (probably not) ? other web app (custom) ?

    Concerning the error: `Authorization refused: invalid token - transfer files don't match`

    Technically, that means that the user asked the web app to transfer some files, and the web app generated an authorization token for that transfer.

    But when the transfer starts, a different list of files (or destination) is given to connect.

    Normally, that should be consistent (the web app, asks for given transfer; and then executes the same...).
