Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. One of our customers reported the following issue:
"I just updated the Aspera application, and now when I launch it, I get an error saying it can't find the requested page. Do I need to open something new in our firewall? This has been happening consistently since I updated the app. It still works fine on another machine running the older version, so I assume something has changed in the new release."
