Hi Rachel,

in LI for 11.2.4, the description for Bursting Feature Requirement topic has changed.

11.1.7:
Each person who is provided an output(s) of the Program through the Bursting feature or who authenticates to the Program must be covered by an appropriate entitlement.
11.2.4:
Licensee using the Bursting feature must ensure that they have sufficient capacity entitlements to send the burst output to all recipients.

What does this mean for the recipient in terms of the license? Does the recipient of a burst report now no longer need a license?
