You can review the webMethodsEDIINTModuleUserguide for TN setup,configuration EDI/XML documents related via AS2,the documentation covers almost stuff that you are looking for.You can get this document from Advantage.webmethods.com website or it will be stored in the filesystem of packages/WmEDI under docs folder (unless you have installed the EDIModule on your IS)
