  • 1.  Argbatch restore

Could anyone explain the full syntax of an argbatch restore database command? I can get it to restore using the defaults, but I don’t know how to specify restoring a version other than the most recent or how to specify the recovery options.

And yes, I know that I can do “argbatch restore database help” but I don’t find the reply very helpful:-

    date>recover all"don’t recover"recover until"date>

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

the parameters of the restore command are the following:

    database: Name of the database
    backupdate: date of the backup
    recoveryoption: yes: recover all
    no: don?t recover
    recoverydate: recover until date

I hope this helps, if you have further questions, please let me know.

    regards,
    Bernd Bordne
