Hi, 

We have a client who want to reduce the use of Architect (as they are trying to do everything in PAW). 

Actually, they have a question about the archive of the documentation on PAW, 

On Architech, in the section "application", they have a folder that have all the documentation like : connexion, security, manual.... (on PDF, on word and on Excel file)



Now, they want to do the same thing in PAW, but they have 2 troubles : 

- The application in this section dont show up in PAW (i checked application security right)


- They dont know how to upgrade a PDF file or word file on PAW 

What you guy do in this case? 

Any help will be appreciated !

Hi Duong,
They could create a book with the widgets for links to the pdf's or they could use the Applications - create one and attach files.

Can you give me some screenshot? we didnt see the option attach files while creating the applications. 
the widgets for links accept only https  link but we dont want to upload to internet (and the server dont have internet too). 

how we can upload ours local file to PAW?

Maybe use BOX for the files, then it's secure.
