What should be installed on branch and what should be installed at the central location ?

Am I right to say, One Integration Server which administers all clusters of integration servers should be installed at the center. This integration server will be connected via adapters to various resources if required. This integration server apart from administering other integration servers, will also communicate with broker for routing messages. These brokers will be located in each branch to balance the load and can share client information by forming territory.

I am pretty new with webMethods and hence I am not clear about what should be placed where and why ??

I would really appreciate if somebody can guide me.
