Dear Apptio community,

We've been looking for a while for a resolution to our problem but can't find it. maybe one of you already encountered the problem.

We created a datalink connector to export data from apptio to a sftp server.

When we run the connector, the file is created in the specified directory but is unreadable:

- out of 14 files created only 4 are readable (the lighter onein terme of Ko)

- for the rest I have the message " sorry... we have found a problem in the content of "applicationbyservices", but we can try to recover the maximum of content. If you trust the source of this workbook click ok."

Does any of you had this problem or knows how to fix it?

Just a thought here. I was having big challenges with DataLink and trying to resolve alone. To make a long story short, Apptio updated DataLink to the newest version and after the update DataLink worked like a charm. I had unreadable file, file is not compatible errors. Find out what version you are on and ask Apptio if there is a later version. Hope this helps.

unfortunately we already tried this. Datalink is up to date since they already updated it.
