  • 1.  Apps fail in configuration test

    Hello Guys,

    I was able to run install app hosts and pair them with IBM  SOAR. but now when I am trying to test configuration for any app, I get the below error, although i don't have any proxy or firewalls between the app host & IBM SOAR. and I am not using a certificate so cafile=false

    Kindly need your help.

    The error is a DNS error about "host not known". It looks like the AppHost is trying to connect to resilient.localdomain? That is unusual. Is that correct? You may need to configure the AppHost dns: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/rsoa-and-rp/40?topic=installation-create-app-hosts,
