    I am new to Data Science and trying my best to understand how Data Science project be executed and what is the best approach. Let's take for example, I have Helpdesk ticket data of an ERP application for last few years. Objective is to achieve 10% reduction in ticket in-flow in next 6 months. What is the step-by-step approach to build data model to solve this problem?
