ApplinX JSP Framework Question

  • 1.  ApplinX JSP Framework Question

    Posted Wed February 27, 2008 07:07 PM

Hi - We are planning to work with the latest version of ApplinX soon, but have not used it since version 4.8.1

We also have a robust, custom-developed Java/web framework which makes use of MyFaces Trinidad (and many other things) that we would like to use in the project.

If we are only planning to use ApplinX for a procedures based integration approach (i.e., invoking Flow Procedures exposed via Procedures Groups, and no instant screens, etc.) can we bypass the supplied ApplinX JSP framework and continue to use our own Java framework?

    Thanks,
    Tom

    Hi Tom,

If you are planning a web services implementation only then you don’t need to use the JSP framework. You can use your custom developed environment to call the ApplinX Flow Procedures exposed as web services.

    Regards,
    Gadi
