I have ApplinX installed on Server. And I am want to connect to the applinx remote.

I have a mainframe and need to convert into a rest API using applinx. I have applinX installed on the server. And now I need to use the web interface from remote machine to configure and work with applinX.
Q1. Do we have a web based interface for ApplinX, if so how can we get it set up ?

Q2. What are all the actions that we cannot do with the applinx web interface which can be done with the applinx application (Designer/Administrator) ?

When I am inside the server and running applinX administrator to connect to the server. I am unable to connect- localhost port 2323.
Error: cannot connect to server at address localhost port 2323.
Plugin: com.softwareag.applinx.workbench
And other error message plug-in include org.eclipse. ui.ide / jface / egit.ui
And in ApplinX Designer > local applinx server > Connect > “Also the same error” message as above.
I am trying to achive this similar step on ApplinX administrator on my server, but I can not see anything except ApplinX on Left.
