  • 1.  application is hanging

    We are migrating SPSS statistics from Gemeente Amsterdam to KPN. We have installed an Acceptance and a Production VM and have a valid temporarily license. When we start de application we get a window with the statitics information screen includiding version number (2.7 in our case) and then it hangs for hours till we cancel it. We communicate over UDP port 5093 from workstation to license server. Our questions, are there other ports needed and/or is this a familiar issue and is there a known solution ? Thanks in advance
