  • 1.  App Connect Enterprise Trial on IBM SaaS not accessible

    Posted Mon May 22, 2023 09:40 AM

    Hi,

I have an "IBM App Connect Enterprise as a service" Trial provisioned (by IBM, in AWS), but am not able to access the ACE instance. Whenever I try to access the ACE instance, I'm getting the (not very helpful) error message: "Something went wrong. Something odd happened on our end. It might fix itself, but if not you can send us a message.". Opened a ticket with IBM support, but they couldn't help (since it is a trial).

Did anyone here have the same experience? Did someone get it to work?

    Thanks,
    Ralf

Sorry you have experienced a problem - would you like to email me stockd@uk.ibm.com so I can then get the technical team to look at your specific instance and provide some help. Thanks Jane (Integration PM)

In case anyone else experiences a similar issue - we have updated out systems to resolve the problem here for this trial instance. There was an issue in the bootstrapping logic due to mismatching IBM Id and Contact Email for the IBM Id that was being used to provision the trial instance. It should not affect others unless their IBM Id also has a different Contact Email to the IBM Id being used - the team understand the issue and are working on a code fix.
