API Portal 9.12 page not working

    Hi Team,

    We have installed API Portal 9.12 in our local server. The installation was successful. However when we open the page , no links are working including login and register user. Where ever we click it routes back to the home page only. The API gallery link and all are not working. We have installed the latest fix YAP_9.12_Fix1 , but still it did not resolve the issue. We thought it might be a browser issue , hence tried with 3 different browsers but faced same results.

    Kindly help.

    Hi All,

    The API portal apparently got corrupted because of some manual intervention done to the installation. Hence it was not working.
    Reinstalling the component solved the issue. API portal working fine.
