webMethods IS & API Gateway used and 10.3 version with build 118 level:*

When we start the IS its comping up but we are not able to open API Gateway running on top of it

This is the error we see in logs.

2024-04-15 09:55:17 AST [YAI.0300.0125E] [default][drwmim1] An error occurred while reading API Gateway web application port details: {1}
java.lang.InstantiationException: /wmapps/product/softwareag103/APIGateway_7200/profiles/IS_default/configuration/com.softwareag.platform.config.propsloader/com.softwareag.catalina.connector.https.pid-apigateway.properties (No such file or directory)

Do we need to start internal data store also to check API Gateway.

Any suggestions which can help to bring this up.

Not an expert on API Gateway unfortunately but the error you get is pretty clear imo.
