    You main issue is the sysplanar error, raise a hardware call .. also, looks like hdisk12 is also having problems ? SAN disk ?

    Can you post the errpt -a output for these errors? The detailed report would probably tell more information.

    Also - I noticed these errors are not consecutive. They seem to have occurred over four days? (2/19 - 2/23).
