  • 1.  Any logs for email notifications?

    Does anyone know if the notification emails sent out about VM expiration have any associated logs?  

    Emails just stopped last week and the Exchange guys say nothing changed on their side.  I did the test and that worked.  I checked /var/maillog and its empty.  

    I need to make sure my side of the equation is working before the Exchange guys will check their side.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hello Tom,
    Sorry for delayed response. Are you still facing the issue ? If yes, can you please provide below details ? 
    1. Is your PowerVC version 2.0.1 or 1.4.4.2 ? 
    2. Notification emails are not coming for admin as well as ssk users ? 
    3. Is the test email going through ? 
    4. Any changes made to email preferences in Emails page for vm expiration ? 

    You can open a support ticket as well if the issue is not resolved.

    I'm not having the issue anymore.  The emails started flowing properly again after an IT maintenance window.  Somehow I have a feeling it was related.  :)
