  • 1.  Ansible Automation using PowerVC

    Hi All,

    Just wanted to see if anyone was able to create/perform automation setup for powerVC using Ansible.

    I wanted to do this and right now on a very initial stage.

    Basic requirement is to using AWX ansible tower or Ansible on AIX.  this is as per our open source community methods to install AWX on AIX.

    And then use it to link PowerVC and perform workload automation.

    Let me know the thoughts.

    Thank you for your reply.
    Yes i already had that document referred.  I wanted to use open source version of Ansible tower (AWX) with PowerVC and do my build automations. But looks like PowerVC is still not integrated with AWX.  I am now using default Redhat version of command line Ansible and performing my PowerVC build automations.
    Will keep this community updated on my work.
