    We're trying to configure the basic Knox Service App settings using an OEM Config policy but no matter what we set the Knox Service app can't apply the policy because a mandatory field is missing, specifically doRestrictionsIsControlled

    When I look at the policy data within the Knox app, this field doesn't exist so is MaaS360 not sending the correct information to Samsung Knox?

    We do not have a Premium Knox license, we're just using the basic features.

    I've had a look at the Samsung KNOX Service Plugin site: https://docs.samsungknox.com/admin/knox-service-plugin/error-messages.htm
    There are no messages listed here comparing to what you are describing. 
    Can you open a Support ticket for investigation? 
    If necessary our Development team will be able to verify with Samsung.
