Analytics Engine stopped collecting optimize data

    Hi All,

    I’ve an issue for last 1 week Analytic Engine is not collecting optimize data. One week ago I had an Out of memory error in the Analysis and I tidy up the KPI data in the tables by running ‘com.webMethods.optimize.cleanup.MonitorCleanup’. I’ve restarted all three components after tidying up Analysis, Prediction and Data Collector.

    I’ve checked Analytic Engine status at Administration → System – Wide → System Information and it shows On-line. I also checked Define Environment at Administration → System – Wide → Environment and deployed all.

    Everything seems normal to me and restarted the servers number of times. Please can you tell if anything I’m missing to check?
