If it is console and app host in one, you have done everything I know to do. I guess open a ticket.

Thanks Frank for the reply the thing is i'm using qradar v7.5.0 update package 8 i also deployed a fresh qradar and generated a new authorization token and still it is not use able and in v7.5 it show no changes to deploy and apphost and console are on deployed on same not separately.

Almost 100% of the time I have seen this caused by PKI between the Apphost and the console. Make sure any needed root, intermediate and host certificates are copied to the app host, run the update ca script and it will fix it. May try a full deploy before bothering with all that.
