I’m currently having problem receiving complete XML from peoplesoft when there are special character like ampersand or double quote. Any help would greatly appreciate it.

Characters like ampersand and double quotes have special meaning in XML and must be converted to character entities–e.g. & converts to &–when they occur in the data. The XML creation process on the PS side needs to be adjusted to do so.

Thanks Reamon. I’m not familiar with peoplesoft well enough to make this adjustment. Is there somewhere on peoplesoft that i can set the encoding?

I’m not familiar with PS and how it generates XML, if it does so itself at all. You’ll want to reach out to the PS admins or whomever is working on this integration with you to track that down.
