AMOS Taking 2 hours to run bootstrapping with 1000 samples

  • 1.  AMOS Taking 2 hours to run bootstrapping with 1000 samples

    I have downloaded the free trial for AMOS version 26, and each time I try to run a Bollen-Stine bootstrap with 1000 samples it takes at least 2 hours. I have tried this on two separate computers, both of which are fast. Please let me know if anyone else has run into these delays and if there are any ways that I could troubleshoot this.

    Hi @Katie Cassidy

    • Are you able to supply your path diagram file ('*.amw') and an example data file that replicates this problem?  I'd be interested in taking a look.
    • Is Amos giving you any feedback in the interface or in the output, as to why it might be going so slowly?
    • Does your data have missing observations?
