I am using Bayesian Estimate in my factor analysis and would like to have a factor score calculated for each respondent. If I used ML that would be easy to achieve but Bayesian gives me multiple estimates for each respondent (up to a 1000)- this is using Data Imputation-->Bayesian Imputation or if I run the CFA model using Bayesian Estimation and go to Posterior I can get a mean posterior factor score for a selected respondent and factor but need to run it individually for each respondent and factor which is no feasible. Is there a simpler way of getting a mean factor score by factor and respondent using Bayesian estimation?
Thank you in advance!
