I need to remove the amortized RI cost from Public Cloud. We pay all upfront and the amortized amount is disrupting our view. I have temporarily killed all formulas that looked associated to it, but the amount remained. Has anyone looked into this?

Are you using the detailed billing report? We do not pay upfront for our RI, so not exactly sure how this appears but we did have a similar need where we wanted to bill list price excluding savings from RI and not bill the cost of an RI to business units. We then took the RI cost and added it as part of an "overhead" markup to the list price, and deducted savings from the overhead as well. This was all accomplished using the CUR (Cost and Usage Report)...its a MASSIVE file and almost impossible to work with in excel format, but if you are good with mysql or have a tool like Cloudability that makes easy work of using this report. It should breakout the list price for each server, and you should be able to easily identify the RI purchase cost.
