  • 1.  Allocation Strategy Details - User Desc.

    Hi,

     

    I am looking at the Allocation Strategy Details report under Data Quality section and expecting to see some description that I added into the allocation line between Cost Source and Other Cost Pools, but I do not see it in the report. Does anybody know where “User Description” comes from in the report below? Would adding the notes not do it?

    In v11.8 it's done in the model - we had this query recently How can I make one column, in a table, editable? Not sure if it's the same for v12

    This is confirmed to be a bug and there is a ticket (BIIT-60872) already created if anyone wants to track the progress.

    Gulcin,

    prior to r12.3 the user description field will only show comments entered in R11 prior to upgrade. This is fixed in the R12.3 release.
