It's essential to ensure that alerting systems are tightly integrated with user access tools to avoid disruptions during critical operations. While reviewing alert setups, it might also be useful to revisit how users manage credentials and access points. You can explore more through this helpful resource on FEPS Account Recovery which addresses common login issues and troubleshooting steps. Improving these areas enhances overall application resilience.

Hi Bobbie,
In the Application Perspective go to the Smart Alerts tab to create a smart alert for slow calls, and switch to advanced mode (in the upper right).

Subject: Alerting in Application Perspective
Hi All,
Good morning.
I'm new user/admin of Instana and I'm tasked to configure the application perspective for a mission critical app. I have configure it and it is now monitoring. My ask is - how do I configure the application perspective to alert based on thresholds? Currently, the app perspective is reporting a 300K latency, but the health indicator is green. I would to configure this to alert if it reaches 5000ms.
Thanks,
#Alerting
