    Good Morning Vincencio,

    I use it some times. It works best when you set download directory as well

    dnf install --downloadonly --destdir /your/download_dir/ <package_name>

    It also downloads the package requirements to that directory.

    Seems to work quite well.

    # dnf -y install --downloadonly --downloaddir=/tmp iperf2
    Last metadata expiration check: 18:39:29 ago on Tue Jan 27 13:41:51 AEDT 2026.
    Dependencies resolved.
