I've been certified on AIX by IBM France years ago but I lost my certification proof. Can I ask IBM to get me a copy or do I need to take a new certification exam?

IBM certifications (including AIX) have historically been managed through Pearson VUE.

• Go to IBM Training & Skills (formerly IBM Digital Credentials)

• Open a support ticket for lost or missing certification records

login to IBM training website and you have to find your certification there if your prometrice ID merge with IBM account login or open support ticket with IBM team and they for sure will help you.
