    Does anyone have a whitepaper or other recommendation for tuning settings for the fiber and Ethernet adapters?

    How about correctly sizing the eCPU and vCPU for an LPAR?

    What do you mean by an "eCPU"?

    Do you mean entitlement?

    The vCPU must be the entitlement rounded up to the next integer or more. ie for a entitlement of 1.5 you need at least a vCPU of 2.

    lparstat -i will show you those values.

    Have you done a perfPMR?
