    You're on TL9 SP1, SP3 is available so maybe it includes something adressing what you see. You may take a look at its changelog or even SP2 changelog.

    What happen if you're creating a secondary paging space, active it, disable the primary, enable the primary and disable the secondary? Do you remain at the same % or it has shrinked near 1%?

    We are running with primary paging space of 512MB, and secondary paging space of 10GB.

    Planning to do the suggested steps, during the downtime. I will check and update.

    Was identified a bug at AIX 6100-09-01-1341 with XMALLOC Kernel Service. The Garbage collector can´t clean memory segment after freeing. 
    You can see that you have a lot more page in than page out and High Pinned memory. 
     
    To solve this problem is necessary to apply efix IV53582s1b ( APAR 53582 ).
