    Now we are trying to install IZ91967.epkg.Z for the same fileset(bos.mp64) which did not allow us to install and complains that IZ94396.epkg.Z has locked bos.mp64.
    Now how to remove the lock with out removing the package IZ94396.epkg.Z.

    You can't remove the efix lock without removing the Efix.
    The aim of that lock is to avoid doing what you was trying to do, install 2 efixes on same component, so that the second one can't overwrite first one.
    So in that case, you must open a service ticket to your IBM support and request a compound efix for both problems.
    So you will be able to remove the first efix installed, and instll the compound to have both fix installed using only one Efix.
