Agent GIM activation error

    Hello.

    I installed GIM in listening mode on my server. I'm trying GIM Remote Activation in Guardium. I get the error 'FAIL - Can't connect to guardium.yourcompany.com.' Veryfy 'Collector IP' is a valid appliance with a running GIM server'.
    I also try to activate Auto-discovery Process Selector through GIM, I get the error 'FAIL - Can not connect to [my collector IP address]. Veryfy 'Collector IP' is a valid appliance with a running GIM server'.
    Help me please.
