Hi Muzi,
Are you able to ssh and get a login prompt? If you can't get ssh, then you will need to check with the VM administrator or system administrator.
Accessmgr should only be used on the Central Manager. Can you login to the CM via the GUI? You can reset it there and it will be propagated. All security is managed through accessmgr or cli commands for the cli users.
If you can ssh and get a login but none of the passwords work, you will need to have the root passkey and open a ticket with IBM support for assistance.
Have you tried the guardcli1-9?
