  • 1.  ADM - Automated Data Management

During the Conference earlier this month one of the items they talked about was ADM - Automated Data Management.  I also watch the June product updates on YouTube.  I can not find any documentation about how this is going to work?  Anyone have more information?  Thanks.

Hi @Michael Enslein!  I searched Community and Help and couldn't find any mention of ADM.  I did find this YouTube video and the voice sounds very familiar - I'm "thinking" it's @Justin Kean so pinging him to see if he has additional information on ADM.  I'm interested, too, after watching the demo! 🐱‍👤

I'm not sure about this either.  Let me pass this onto some folks and see if they can help.

@Michael Epstein  The customer facing documentation about how Automated Data Management works has not been published.  We are still working on the documentation and roll-out plans.

@Ed Hayman  Thanks for the information.  Since this was presented in Chicago, are we looking at 2022 or 2023 availability?

@Michael Enslein  The roll-out will begin in Q3 with a focus on simpler customers that have ApptioOne with Plan and Cost.  More complex customers with ApptioOne Bill (Bill of IT) or multiple environments and BIIT projects will come later.

@Ed Hayman Thanks again for the update.  Love to get on this list but might have to wait.  We are a little bit more of a complex customer.
