Hi.

I have two data files.  One has 72 more variables in the middle than the other.  I need to make both files match for data merging.  Is there a simple way to add the 72 variables to the file that's missing them without having to click "insert variable" 72 times?

Hi. Look up the APPLY DICTIONARY command. That will work.
