In the bottom bar (IBM logo left side), over on the right side any user logged in with edit access should be shown, but next to that there should be a button for Admins that says "Invite New Users"... this will pop up to add email addresses for one or more users and the license type (edit, contribute, view) for them to receive. An email will be sent to those users inviting them to join Blueworks.

Its always irked me that on the Admin > User Management screen there isn't an Invite button right there in the user list!

There is an issue with the "License User" role not being enabled, it is currently under investigation by the IBM Blueworks Live team.
In the meantime, there is a workaround that you can use:
- Create a new role with the same permissions as the "License User" role.
- Assign the new role to the user.
- Once the user has been assigned the new role, you can enable the "License User" role.
Here are the steps on how to create a new role:
- Go to the Administration page.
- Click the Roles tab.
- Click the Create New Role button.
- In the Create New Role dialog box, enter a name and description for the new role.
- Select the permissions that you want to grant to the new role.
- Click the Create button.
Here are the steps on how to assign a role to a user:
- Go to the Administration page.
- Click the Users tab.
- Select the user that you want to assign the role to.
- In the Roles section, select the role that you want to assign.
- Click the Save button.
Here are the steps on how to enable the "License User" role:
- Go to the Administration page.
- Click the Roles tab.
- Select the "License User" role.
- In the Status section, select Enabled.
- Click the Save button.
Once you have followed these steps, the user will be able to use the "License User" role.
